I recently stayed at this hotel hoping for a relaxing getaway, but my experience was mixed. The spa services were exceptional, providing some of the best massages I've ever had, and the facilities were nice, particularly the adult pool atmosphere. However, I faced numerous challenges with the service and front desk staff, which was frustrating and detracted from the overall experience. The dining options were good but could use a bit more variety at breakfast. Overall, while the hotel has many appealing features, it's clear that the service needs significant improvement.
